SFS Institute of Skills Development: Refund Policy for Online Educational Programs & Workshops

SFS Institute (“SFS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) understands that situations may arise where you need to request a refund for an online program or workshop (“Program”). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

General Policy:

  • All Program fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Program content despite contacting SFS support for troubleshooting, a full refund may be issued.
  • Program Cancellation: In the rare event that SFS cancels a Program before it begins, you will receive a full refund of the program fee.
  • Administrative Error: If you are enrolled in a Program due to a demonstrable administrative error by SFS, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to participate in the Program after enrollment, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Incomplete Program: No refunds will be issued for partially completed Programs.
  • Technical Requirements: SFS is not responsible for any technical difficulties you may experience due to insufficient hardware, software, or internet connection on your end.

Refund Request Process:

  • To request a refund, you must submit a written request to support@sfoursinstitute.online within 3 (Three) days of enrollment or the Program start date (whichever is later).
  • Your request should clearly state the reason for requesting a refund and any relevant supporting documentation.
  • SFS will review your request and respond within 15 (Fifteen) business days.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for enrollment.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
  • This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time. We recommend checking the policy for updates before enrolling in a Program.

By enrolling in a Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
